Children's Library

Children's reading nook The Oregon Public Library offers a variety of literacy, educational, and recreational programs and services to children of all ages, abillities, and backgrounds. We also provide support to local educators and homeschooling families.


Summer session starts June 19!

We offer morning storytimes for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers along with monthly sessions in the evening and Saturday mornings.

Summer Library Program

Kids of all ages earn prizes for reading, being reading to, and listening to books!

Parenting Collection

The library has a Parenting Collection by the Children's Fiction.

Topics include:

  • Baby sign language
  • Potty training
  • Love and Logic parenting
  • Childhood development
  • Online safety
  • Playtime activities
