Short Movie Contest challenges young people to create a short movie that tells a story. Partner libraries will host a Film Fest to show the short movies from their library along with the other libraries. Oregon's Film Fest will soon be announced.

For ages 9-18. Enteries must be submitted by September 18th.

Three winners will be announced by September 28th:
•    Overall Winner: Go Pro camera
•    Age category 9-12: $25 Amazon gift card
•    Age category 13-18 : $25 Amazon gift card

Find ideas and inspiration at Stop-Motion Animation Workshop with Frank G. Caruso on Tuesday, August 15th, 1 pm. Registration for workshop is required.

Contest is sponsored by Oreogn Public Library, Deforest Area Public Library, E.D. Locke Public Library, Monona Public Library, Middleton Public Library, Verona Public Library, and Waunakee Public Library.
