Children can read or be read to along with doing craft, science, and physical activities to earn prizes. Reading during the summer helps prevent the summer slide and readies children for school in fall.
Weekly Storytimes return on June 21.
Tuesdays at 11 am
Bouncing Babies Storytime focuses less on stories and more on developing early literacy skills through bouncy rhymes and songs. It is for ages 0-12 months. The program consists of 15 minutes of storytime and 15 minutes of social and play time for children and caregivers.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 am
Everybody Storytime is for ages 0-6. Ms. Kelly and Ms. Wendy offer a mix of short stories, puppets, songs, fingerplays, movement activities, and crafts that is fun for any age!
Registration is not required.
Saturday, July 9, 10 am
Join us for stories and songs followed by donuts and juice for kids and coffee for adults. Everyone is welcome. The storytime is geared to children 6 and under.
Monday, June 27, 6:30 pm
Wear your PJ’s and bring your favorite stuffed animal for an evening of stories brought to life with puppets, props, songs, activities and FUN! For children 6 and under.
Kids will get to try a variety of activities that exercise their mind and body.
For ages 5-10.
