Summer reading is over. Thank you for participating!

  • Read to earn prizes. You can also swap out some reading for activities!

Events are FREE and geared to ages 10 -15. Registration is required for some events. Register at the library or online through web calendar.

Nail Polish Crafts
Tuesday, July 11, 2 pm

Use nail polish as paint!

Teen Half Lock-in
Friday, July 21, 6-10 pm

After the Library closes, you will get to hang out, play games, and more!
Signed permission slip must be turned in to participate.

Tuesday, August 8, 2 pm

Sew a bookmark for yourself and one to give to someone. Library provides all the supplies and machines. Beginners welcome. You will learn how to sew on a machine and sew a button on by hand. Registration is required.

Escape Room at Youth Center
Thursday, August 10, 2 pm, Youth Center

Solve a series of puzzles with your friends to escape the room! Registration is required.

LEGO Creations Expo  
August 11-12

LEGO fanatics bring their creations to the Library and have a chance to win prizes.
Entry forms are available starting June 5.

Stop-Motion Animation Workshop
Tuesday, August 15, 1 pm

Learn the basics of stop-motion and film-making by Oregon’s own Frank G. Caruso. Registration is required.

End of Summer Pool Party
Wednesday, August 23, 1 pm, Oregon Pool

Earn a FREE entry to the Pool Party by reading. Everyone is welcome but those without a pass must pay the Pool entry fee ($1.50 for children/$3 for adults).
