Early Literacy CarePacks

The Early Literacy CarePacks are theme-based backpacks filled with books, toys, games and activities that are designed to benefit development for children ages 0-5 through playful interaction with an adult. They are located between the Children's Fiction collection and dramatic play area.

Because these are special collections, you are not able to put these items on hold or renew but you can check them out and leave the Library with them.

The CarePacks were created by the now defunct organization ParentShare but the Oregon School District continues to fund the packs.

CarePack Themes

Some kits are only available seasonally depending on their theme. You can request a CarePack from storage but it might take up to a week.
