The Oregon Public Library offers printing, copying, scanning, and faxing. All printing services are cash or check only. See our Fee Schedule.
If you have a document ready to print or copy from your email, phone, or another device, you can submit it remotely and pick it up. Faxes need to be started and completed in person.

Print from Public Computers

Log into one of our Internet Computers with your library card or guest pass to print. Internet Computers are located throughout the building but if you think you might need help, please use a computer on the 2nd floor where the Adult Services staff can help you.
Once you have printed, pay for your prints at the Circulation Desk or the 2nd floor Adult Services Desk. All printing services are cash or check only. See our Fee Schedule.
Print from a Flash Drive

If the documents you want to print are in a PDF, JPG, or PNG format on a flash drive, you can print them using the photocopier on the 2nd floor without logging into a computer.
Ask for assistance at the 2nd floor Adult Services Desk.
WiFi Printing
Submit a print from anywhere with internet access and then pick up your pages at the Library!
If you need help submitting a WiFi print job, please ask for assistance at the 2nd Floor Adult Services Desk. Instructions for WiFi Printing (PDF).You can release and pay for a WiFi print job from the Circulation Desk or the 2nd Floor Adult Services Desk.

There are 3 ways to submit a wireless print job.
1. Portal

Go to the Wireless Printing Portal and upload your print jobs. After you submit the print, a confirmation email will be sent to you which you will need to release the print jobs.
2. Email

Forward an existing email to print the text body and attachments. Send materials to bw [at] oregonlibrary.org (bw[at]oregonlibrary[dot]org) to print in grayscale or color [at] oregonlibrary.org (color[at]oregonlibrary[dot]org) for print in color.
After you submit the print, a confirmation email will be sent to you which you will need to release the print jobs.
3. App

Download the app "ePRINTit Sass" onto your iOS or Android device.
Once downloaded, open the app and select "Files" to print a locally stored file or select from a cloud file storage service.
Photocopying

The photocopier is located on the 2nd floor. Please ask the Adult Services staff if you need any help using the copier.
The photocopier takes bills and coins and gives change.
Scanning

The photocopier can scan to email or scan to a flash drive.
The Library also has a Epson V700 photo scanner that can be used to make high resolution copies of photos or documents. Bring a flash drive to save your files on because the computer with the scanner does not have internet access. Call the Adult Services desk at (608)835-3656 option #2, to make sure the scanner is available.
Scanning using the photocopier and/or the photo scanner is free.
Faxing

Our photocopier sends faxes. The Library does not receive faxes. If you need a confirmation, please plan to stay until we get a confirmation which usually takes a few minutes but can take up to an hour.
The cost for faxing is $1 per page, up to $5. Fax services must be paid for with cash or check.
